In 1983 the Vallejo Family opened a small Deli in the Midtown area of Sacramento that served fine Mexican Food to-go. In 1992 they moved to a downtown location and opened Vallejo's Mexican Restaurant at 1331 O Street. It was a hit from day on Update description
